The Best Recipe for Homemade Chocolates EVER!!!

I didn’t want to miss out on sharing the recipe that I’ve been making every year for Valentine’s Day for 5 years now. This will be my first dairy free v-day, so I might try it with silken tofu, or I might just say “Screw it!” and go for the delectable mascarpone cheese. Hm, decisions, decisions. (Just for the record, I do cheat occasionally with dairy, but NEVER with gluten.)

The recipe is Giada de Laurentiis’s Mascarpone and Dark Chocolate Cream in White Chocolate Cups. You will undeniably impress the heck out of people with these. Every time someone tries one of mine, they say, “You should sell these!” One of my husband’s friends told me that he’d pay as much as $20 for a 4-pack. My mom made me ship one (yes one) to her last year. They are that good.

I used a toothpick dipped in melted dark chocolate to decorate the outside of the cups.
